The Arcade Project

Our team had the opportunity to work on the cooling in the beautiful, historic Arcade building in Downtown Cleveland. This building is nearly 100 years old. Duct modifications were performed to help cool the main lobby area for weddings and a movie that will be filmed this summer.

  • DDR – Developers Diversified Realty, Beachwood, OH: 130,000 square foot VAV office building with 300,000 square foot heated parking garage.
  • Beachcliff Shopping Center – replacement of central HVAC system – design/build project: $450,000.00
  • Wellpointe Pavilion (Parma Hospital) medical facility – Broadview Heights
  • 1220 Euclid Building – 8 story rehab using steam and chilled water
  • Avery Dennison: 250,000 square foot office and new factory; $3.5 million dollar design/build project, Concord, OH.
  • Bridgeview Crossings Shopping Center: Design/Build, $450,000.00.
